All our routes require some degree of fitness. We can provide you with a basic training schedule to get you fit for your holiday.
Stages have a maximum of 40km (25 miles) and are made as easy as possible. No big climbs.
A maximum stage length of 50km. Also avoids climbs
Average stage length is 80km (equivalent to walking about 20km). Some hills.
This level is recommended to those that cycle regularly and are confident at tackling 1300m of climbing and 100km per stage.
This level is only recommended to very enthusiastic cyclists. Each stage has in excess of 2000 meters of climbing and an average of between 120-140 kilometres per stage.
